When you purchase goods, in law you have rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, or repair where goods are faulty or described incorrectly.

If you decide to cancel, goods must be returned to us at your own cost within 14 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount you paid for the products, including the cost of delivery.
We also allow you to return unwanted items within 30 days for an exchange or gift voucher to the value of the items returned. All returned items must be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if all goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s liability. We only refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
